Rates

Prices for transcription services are charged on a 'per audio minute' basis at the highly competitive rate of £1.30 per audio minute. The quoted per audio minute price will enable you to work out exactly how much a project is going to cost at the outset.

Example: 40 minutes of audio x £1.30 per audio minute = £52. There will be no VAT to pay.

The price includes transcribing the audio file into a document and proof reading for accuracy.

We offer a discount of 15% for students.

A completed project booking form is required by Clients before any work can commence, this will be sent via email attachment.  This will enable us to have a clear understand of what the Client requires, create a firm booking and sets out our terms and conditions.

Once we have received the project booking form you can upload your sound files or send your transcription by post or email (this being the easiest and preferred method). The work will then be undertaken and returned in the agreed timescale (typically within 24 hours) via your chosen route again, our preferred method being via email attachment but we can send you one (bound or unbound) copy in the post.

Remember, we only charge per audio minute therefore you know exactly what the final cost will be.
